Ahhh finally got the time to blog. This week was realli busy. Busy practicing sweety's hua yan qiao yu for their qian chang hui and promo @ NUS and J8 on thurs and sat respectively. Monday practice, tues gakkai, wed practice and thurs performance @ NUS and friday's my dance lesson. Woah~ pack man. And yesterday was their qian chang hui @ J8. Loads of peeps~ xiao meimeis especially. Yep. After the performance, went over to zouk to watch girl's nation dance competition with kx, freddy, xiao wei and xiao ke lao shi. woah the girls there pretty good. But haiz, the final judgement was kinda disappointing for me. Anyways, we tat we hang around in zouk, talk a little and xiao ke lao shi told us wat to expect as a professional dancer. U need creativity, u mus be versatile, and of course, 100% committed to achieve perfection. Is practically becoming a fashion artist to make and design ur own clothes, become a music artist to know how to mix and play around with music etc. And of course, no mistakes! Was at first taken a back by the amount things expected as a professional dancer. But i believe if i realli wanna achieve something, i can achieve it! She did mention that as a human u can do much much more then u tink u can. Which is some sorta related to buddhism eh? hehz. But anyways, it was fun to know my instructor more. Tml's the big rehearsal with sweety~~~ kinda nervous right now cos its me first time working with professionals~ ~_~ *bting nails. A few of me comrades go to army liaoz... Bros of mine in their new phase of life, Jin Wen & Sern Da. All the best for ya Tekong Life and Enjoy it! Hope to see them soon in Botak hee hee. Anyways, the 3 hours practice yesterday took a toll to my legs. Their kinda sore now. And i have a bump on each of my knee. Kinda painful. But i shall do my best tml! yea yea yea! lol.. Oh the peeps im dancing with are Freddy (hes one hell of a pro dancer, like his freestyle!), and 2 sexy gals from the current MF's performing crew, Xiao Wei and Jessie~ Practice went well and we did quite well on our last run thru~ Tired ~_~ Oh yesterday finally got a chance to know freddy more. First look of him is tat hes kinda shy guy, and those cool type~ Apparently he is like that, takes time to warm him up and get to know eachother. Anyways, heard his part of his story of how he started dancing. Man hes someone i'll look up to. He wanted to dance so much that he saved up money frm working part time and deferred himself from studies and went to one of japan's international dance school to study for 6 mths. Cost him a whooping 25 grand! He told me the first month is jus helping to clean up the studio and train up ones stamina and physique. And while cleaning the studio music's been played, then u can dance and clean at the same time. Or groove to the music while cleaning. Its up to ur own creation. From the second month onwards, lessons starts and exams will be conducted every month. Learning different genres like jazz, ballet, hiphop, breaking, comtemporRy etc. Having lessons everyday! Oh my! But once u're dismissed from the school. All the money's wasted. No refunds. Gosh! And he made it and he oni has 2 yrs plus of dance experience. And hes dancing like a pro. Damn! Hes joining Dancefloor with his crew too. Hope that he'll go far... With that, i realli wanna go to Broadway Dance centre in New York... Cos thats where one can realli bring dance to another level.. But it will cost me 42 grand or more if i were to take the 1 year course. Damn. Let me win toto pls... Lol. Wanna improve and yearn for improvement. Ahhhhhh... going paranoid~ lol... Will post pics someday once i've taken some pics wif Sweety hehz... Will be performing @ NUS temasek hall this 14 Sep 6.30pm and @ junction 8 on 16 Sep 6pm. Wish me Luck~ Ciaoz peepz~
